Greetings Saints,
Genesis 45:26 And told him, saying, Joseph is yet alive, and he is governor over all the land of Egypt.
And Jacob's heart fainted, for he believed them not.
If you will not believe, you will not receive. Or as the scripture put it; If ye will not believe,
surely ye shall not be established. Isaiah 7:9b
We see here a correlation between the heart and believing. Jacob’s heart fainted because he did not believe.
However, turn it around, and if you do believe, there will be strength.
Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye
be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. 2 Chron 20:20b
It is your choice. Believe or faint. No matter how unbelief presents the case to you, stay determined to believe the Word of God and not relent. Your heart must be firmly rooted and established in God’s Word.
Here the news was seemingly too good to be true, and Jacob’s heart almost fainted because he could not believe it.
Seems that is the way with many Christians today. They hear the good news of the gospel, that they are healed, prosperous, over comers and more, but it is just too good for them to believe.
There must be a catch somewhere, or surely that works for others but not for me, are the cries of unbelieving thousands.
Yet, the works have been finished from the foundation of the world. It is finished. It is fact. It is truth. We are winners. Everything we read in the Word is ours.
We are more than conquerors. We are immune to sickness and disease. We are in our wealthy place. Lack has been expelled. We are courageous, fearless, because He is our God!
Believe it or not. You choose. You will have what you believe, good or bad. Why not believe the good Word and enjoy all the benefits Jesus paid for you to have? You decide.
We have introduced some exciting new programs on the website.
A cook book for our annual celebration and we need your best recipes!
You can go to our website and follow the links to enter as many recipes as you would like.
We want submissions from all countries. It will be published in late August for our 6th Anniversary Missions Conference held the first of September.
We have also started a new program to help Christians in business and thereby help the churches to prosper.
Primarily intended for people in developing countries, we endeavor to make small, no interest, loans to
skilled artisans for business expansion. It is directed through local pastors in the areas wher we make the loans.
We are looking for both trustworthy pastors that will help us and for the small business persons needing the
assistance.
If you know of someone, please direct them to the
Talent Project on our
website to get complete details and apply.
As the people prosper, they will prosper the churches.
SEE YOU IN CHURCH!
